Remembering the Soul
Arts Alive offers fiscal sponsorship to new arts organizations working their way towards independence as nonprofits and to artists exploring community-centered projects and creating work in the Monadnock region.
About the project
This project is led by Joseph Plante and Ibsahu Pernebsati. The mission of Remembering the Soul is to inspire audiences to pursue their own healing and find their unique path and/or soul purpose. We hope that viewers will remember their soul and learn about the many cultures and rich history of "soul medicine," which originated in ancient times throughout many cultures, predates Western medicine, and how it applies to modern times. Storytelling is still the guiding force in humanity, and Remembering the Soul's mission is to help others remember the magic they came into this world with. We believe that the world can only be healed by those who have committed to healing themselves and by the ripple effect that can create. We are partnering with indigenous renaissance efforts with tribes from around the world that promote and foster efforts for reclaiming a harmonic balance between humanity and the natural world.
